Partner, Business Customer, Trader Terms

As a Netistrar Partner, in addition to Netistrar's General Terms of Service you agree to the following:

You are a business, organisation, or individual acting as a business.
All prices quotes are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
You will not hold yourself out as a Reseller unless to also sign up as a Netistrar Reseller and agree to our Netistrar Reseller Terms.
If, you as a Partner provide domain management services on you client's behalf, or provide domain name management services in any other way other than as a Netistrar Reseller, you have your client's agreement to act on their behalf, and also have your client's agreement to abide by Netistrar's General Terms of Service.
